Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Dubai.
The Telesales Executive will handle customer inquiries, initiate outbound sales calls, and identify potential leads to drive business growth.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Proven capabilities in Customer Support
- Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
