We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products and services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote company products and services effectively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
