About The Role
Almas IT Infrastructure LLC is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented **Female** Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have prior UAE telesales experience and excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, appointment scheduling, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the sales team and conduct customer follow-ups after pre-sales discussions.
- Ensure timely communication with prospects and customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates on their own visa or spouse visa.
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum qualification).
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
