We are a rapidly growing electronics e-commerce company specializing in smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, gaming devices, earbuds, and refurbished electronics.
We are looking for a talented Telesales & Customer Success Executive who can provide exceptional customer service while actively driving sales growth.
This role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and a Sales Executive.
You will be helping customers choose the right products while ensuring an outstanding buying experience.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Respond to WhatsApp, chat, email, and social media inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product specifications, features, warranties, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the purchase process from inquiry to payment.
- Build trust with customers and create long-term relationships.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and recover missed sales opportunities.
- Upsell accessories and complementary products when appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming devices, and technology trends.

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good understanding of smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and consumer electronics.
- Ability to explain technical specifications in simple language.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or retail sales.
- Experience in an electronics store, mobile phone shop, computer store, or electronics e-commerce company.
- Experience selling refurbished or used electronics is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
