Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Tele Sales Representative to join our real estate brokerage team.
The primary focus of this role is to proactively reach out to potential property sellers, build relationships, and generate qualified property listings for the company.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and has a strong understanding of sales dynamics within the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners and potential sellers using provided databases and self-generated leads
- Identify and qualify property owners interested in selling their real estate assets
- Generate high-quality, exclusive, and semi-exclusive property listings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers through consistent follow-ups
- Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes, client details, and listing information
- Coordinate with property consultants and management to schedule listing appointments
- Understand market trends and effectively communicate property value propositions to sellers
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, leads, and qualified listings
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property trends
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
