About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven telesales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services and handle customer inquiries
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Candidates must have their own visa
Preferred:
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
