About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the automotive industry to handle outbound and inbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote automotive products/services
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automotive services, spare parts, or vehicles is an advantage
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
