Build Homes Real Estate is hiring a Tele Sales Executive in the UAE.
The role seeks 1–2 years of telesales or real estate sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate real estate leads.
- Follow up with new and existing leads by phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Promote and explain available Dubai projects and properties.
- Build client relationships and schedule property viewings and sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate call, lead, follow-up, and client interaction records.
- Meet monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of telesales experience; real estate sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Compensation
- Monthly pay is AED 3,000–3,500.
- The company offers a visa.
