Role overview
The center is hiring a motivated, results-driven Telesales Executive or Telecaller to contact potential customers, generate leads, explain services, and close sales by phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the center's services.
- Generate interest, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Meet daily and monthly targets and handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and convincing skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems, is requested.
- English or Malayalam is preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and self-motivated and able to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Compensation
- Salary is listed as up to AED 3,000 per month.
