Key Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound calls to persuade customers to purchase our products.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and maintain accurate call records.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Utilize sales scripts to drive sales and handle rejections.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Liaise with departments to resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Previous tele sales experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and confident in a high-pressure environment.
