AMASCE Clinic is a modern medical and aesthetic clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced treatments and outstanding customer service.
We are looking for a motivated **Telesales Executive** who is passionate about sales, confident in communicating with clients, and driven to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential patients from marketing leads.
- Explain clinic services and treatment packages professionally.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp.
- Build trust and maintain excellent patient relationships.
- Update CRM and patient records accurately.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and reception teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (medical, aesthetic, healthcare, or luxury services preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage).
- Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
