Overview

We are looking for a driven and results -oriented telesales specialist to join our sales team.in this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads ,making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone to drive revenue growth and meet sales target

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and introduce products /services
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations, handle objections , and close sales over the phone
  • Research and identify prospective clients and qualify them for high conversion potential
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and meet/exceed sales targets
  • -Build strong rapport with prospects and provide timely follow-ups to secure business

Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales , telemarketing, or customer service
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • -Possess exceptional communication ,negotiation , and active listening skills.
  • Stay highly motivated with the ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Familiar with CRM tools
