Zenora International seeks a telesales representative to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for its real estate sales team.
The role focuses on prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using company-provided databases and introduce Dubai real estate projects.
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads by interest, budget, and investment goals.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate handover of qualified leads.
- Record calls, leads, and appointments accurately in the CRM and follow up with prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in English is required; Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Russian is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from the Dubai office.
