• 🏡 Role Overview
• As a Real Estate Tele Sales Agent at Global Homes, you will work closely with clients to buy, sell, and lease residential properties across Dubai.
• This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and thriving in a performance-driven environment.
• 🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
• Promote company services and projects over phone calls and messages
• Schedule meetings and property viewing appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with existing and potential clients on a regular basis
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services
• Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion process

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Prior telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
