The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, promoting telecom products and services, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to assigned leads and promote products and services.
- Generate sales by offering mobile plans, internet packages, and value-added services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (leads, conversions, revenue)
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and service packages
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to convert opportunities into sales
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance requirements
- Maintain high productivity levels, including connected calls, talk time, and adherence to work schedules
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing plans, and market developments
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center sales, or direct sales.
- Previous telecommunications sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
