Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, promoting telecom products and services, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to assigned leads and promote products and services.
  • Generate sales by offering mobile plans, internet packages, and value-added services.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (leads, conversions, revenue)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and service packages
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to convert opportunities into sales
  • Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain high productivity levels, including connected calls, talk time, and adherence to work schedules
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing plans, and market developments
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center sales, or direct sales.
  • Previous telecommunications sales experience is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
