Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, contacting prospective customers, verifying their information, assessing initial eligibility, maintaining accurate CRM records, and forwarding qualified leads to the Sales/Fulfilment team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads promptly via phone.
- Verify customer information and assess initial eligibility based on company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to gather required information.
- Forward qualified leads to the Sales/Fulfilment team for further processing.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a call center environment.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (Hindi and other regional languages are an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
