Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Account Manager located in Abu Dhabi.

The Telesales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers, making outbound calls to generate sales, and promoting Teralink’s telecom and digital products and services.

The role also includes maintaining consistent customer service standards, addressing client queries, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Relationship Building skills to effectively manage client portfolios and create trust-based partnerships.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, including outbound calling and sales strategies, to meet and exceed targets.
  • Result-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with telecom or digital services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
