The company provides free shared bachelor accomodation and transportation.
Preferred candidate living around Al Qusais Industrial Area 2.
Must have worked in Telesales or Customer support.
Order Management
- Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
- Process orders received through online channel.
- Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- **Client acquisition/New Sales** - Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.
- **Client Relationship** – Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
