Telephonic Agent

Manage communication with users through the company website and other online platforms.

Introduce and explain company products and services in a clear, professional, and user friendly manner.

Provide accurate information and guidance to both potential users and existing customers.

Assist current customers by responding to inquiries and providing continuous support when required.

Receive and handle customer complaints, follow up on cases, and work toward satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain proper records and prepare administrative documents related to customer support activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure user concerns and requests are addressed on time.

Monitor customer interactions and support activities to help improve service quality and user satisfaction.

Previous experience in sales or a call center role will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Good communication and presentation skills when interacting with users.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online tools and digital systems.
