IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!
We are seeking an experienced Telephone Supervisor to oversee the telephone operations team, ensure service quality, and manage daily communication activities efficiently.
**LOCATION**: (Doha) Qatar
**PAY RANGE**: To be discussed
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage telephone operators
- Monitor call handling and service quality
- Handle escalated calls and complaints
- Train and guide team members
- Prepare reports and manage duty schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
