Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Licenses: EMT, EMT-P, CNA, SRNA, or CMA. Preferred or completion of first semester clinical rotation in an accredited Nursing Degree Program (ADN or BSN).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Telemetry Tech ONLY: Completion of a basic telemetry monitoring course and/or completion of competency training for basic arrhythmia interpretation may be required as determined by the department director.

- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Completion of Cardiac Telemetry Certification within 1 year of hire; Evidence of successful completion of Telemetry/Dysrhythmia course
