Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively over calls, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English is preferred
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage
