Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain
- fiber optic (FTTH), routers, and network equipment
- Attend service requests and resolve
- network faults and connectivity issues
- Perform
- installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- at customer premises
- Update job status and activities in system/tools (PDA/mobile)
- Coordinate with technical support teams for complex issues
- Ensure accurate reporting of incomplete or pending tasks
- Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in
- FTTH / GPON / telecom field operations
- Hands-on experience in
- installation and fault resolution
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Networking (preferred)
- Basic networking knowledge with good communication skills
