Overview
To ensure all telecom installation, testing, and commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards, SAES, SATIP, project specifications, and approved IFC drawings , maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor Telecom systems installation including: Fiber Optic (OSP & ISP) Structured Cabling Systems CCTV, Access Control, and Public Address (PAGA) Telephone & Data Networks Radio, Microwave, and TETRA Systems
- Verify compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAEP, and SATIP .
- Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings .
- Conduct site inspections for cable laying, termination, splicing, grounding, and equipment installation.
- Witness and verify testing & commissioning activities: OTDR, Power Meter Tests Fiber Splicing & Loss Testing System Integration & Functional Testing
- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Commissioning teams to resolve NCRs and site issues.
- Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) .
- Ensure proper as-built drawings , test reports, and handover dossiers are prepared.
- Participate in Aramco inspections, walkdowns, and audits .
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Aramco safety requirements at all times.
