- FTTH installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Fiber splicing and termination
- ONT/ONU and Wi-Fi router configuration
- OTDR and power meter testing
- GPON network fault handling
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Customer support and field service activities
- Coordination with NOC and technical teams
Required Skills
- Experience in FTTH / GPON projects
- Knowledge of fiber optics and telecom networks
- Hands-on experience with OTDR, fusion splicer, and power meter
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in field operations
