Role overview
Advise business customers on suitable telecom solutions and support the sales process and business targets.
Join the team in Dubai as a customer-focused Telecom Consultation Agent.
Key responsibilities
- Understand business customers' telecom requirements and explain DU Business SIM cards, mobile plans, internet, and landline services.
- Recommend suitable telecom packages.
- Generate leads through calls, customer visits, and follow-ups; build and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and assist customers through applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service activation and customer support.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with negotiation and convincing skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Telecom product and service knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain reports and customer records.
- UAE residence is preferred.
