Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Telecaller / Sales Executive** to join our real estate team in Dubai.

Candidates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify real estate leads.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Achieve sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Must have a **valid UAE residence visa (own visa preferred)**.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
  • Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
