Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and professional **Female Front Desk Coordinator & Telecaller** to join our IT ERP business.
This is a dual-responsibility role where you will be the "Face of the Company" at our reception while actively driving business growth through outbound lead generation.
The ideal candidate is someone who is exceptionally organized, possesses a polished professional demeanor, and has the persuasive skills to pitch our **ERP Software Solutions** to prospective clients.
1. Reception & Administration (Front-End)
- **Guest Management:** Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- **Inbound Calls:** Manage the central switchboard, filtering calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- **Office Coordination:** Maintain the reception area, manage incoming/outgoing couriers, and handle basic administrative tasks.
- **Meeting Support:** Coordinate conference room bookings and assist in organizing internal meetings or client visits.
2. Telecalling & Sales (Inside Sales)
- **Outbound Prospecting:** Use our database to call SMEs and corporate leads to introduce our ERP solutions.
- **Lead Qualification:** Identify pain points in a prospect's current business process (Finance, HR, Inventory) and pitch how our ERP solves them.
- **Appointment Setting:** Schedule high-value demos for our technical consultants.
- **CRM Management:** Keep a meticulous record of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education:** Graduate in any field (Business, IT, or Communications preferred).
- **Experience:** 1–3 years in a dual role (Reception/Admin + Sales/Calling). Experience in the **IT/SaaS industry** is highly preferred.
- **Professionalism:** Excellent grooming and a pleasant personality suited for a front-desk role.
- **Communication:** Superb verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **[Insert Regional Language]**.
- **Multitasking:** Ability to switch between administrative duties and high-energy sales calling without losing focus.
