We are currently hiring **Female Telecallers** who are eager to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in the **sales and immigration industry**.
Location:** Deira, Dubai
**Experience:** 6 months to 1 year preferred (Freshers are also welcome)
**Gender:** Female candidates only
**Availability:** Immediate joining
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information professionally
- Maintain and update client records in the system
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and successful conversions
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle calls and work under minimal supervision
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
- Language preference: **Malayalam, Nepalese, Tagalog, or Hindi** (multilingual candidates preferred)
- Immediate joiners are highly encouraged
