Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Dubai We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining company products and services, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Requirements: * Proficiency in English is mandatory * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally * Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills * Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred * Ability to work towards targets and deadlines **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential customers * Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries * Explain products/services and answer customer questions * Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication * Update customer information in the database * Support the sales team in achieving business goals Location:Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
