About The Role
Titans Capital Real Estate is looking for a confident, results-driven Tele Caller to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales pipeline through proactive outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and intent
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns (Meta, web, walk-ins)
- Build rapport with clients and represent the company professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead-qualification targets
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environments
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
