Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Tele Caller (Real Estate)** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Your role
will be to connect with potential buyers/sellers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate clients
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Generate and qualify leads (buyers, sellers, investors)
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain CRM records
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Explain property details and answer basic client queries
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller in **Real Estate** (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in [English / Local language]
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate CRM tools
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Sales or telemarketing background
