Telecaller role focused on contacting potential customers, understanding their car service needs, and booking workshop appointments.
The position focuses on calling and appointment generation.
Location and workplace
- The role is based in Umm Ramool, Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Understand customer car servicing and repair needs; explain workshop services and current offers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team.
- Keep accurate call, follow-up, and appointment records.
- Handle queries professionally and refer technical questions to the service team.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.
- Confident telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Consistent follow-up and customer relationship-building ability.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
