Full Job Posting

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration and migration services.
Contact leads from social media, websites, advertisements, and other sources; understand their needs and provide basic information on visa, immigration, and business setup services.
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into appointments or sales opportunities.
Explain general processes, service packages, and consultation procedures; schedule consultations with immigration consultants or sales executives.
Follow up on pending documents, appointments, and inquiries; maintain client, lead-status, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
Meet assigned daily calling and monthly sales or appointment targets; coordinate follow-up with consultants and the sales team.
Handle inquiries professionally, refer technical immigration questions to consultants, and follow up by telephone and WhatsApp.
Prepare daily call reports for the reporting manager and maintain client confidentiality.

Previous telecaller or telesales experience is preferred; immigration or migration industry experience is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills; fluent in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Able to handle client objections and follow up consistently.
Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
