Job Overview
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and result-driven Wellness & Longevity Tele Sales Executive to manage and convert qualified inbound leads generated through Advertising platforms and through events.
The role requires engaging with prospective clients, educating them on wellness, longevity, nutrition, functional medicine, and the center's holistic healthcare services, and successfully converting them into counseling appointments and service enrollments at the clinics.
This is not a generic telesales role, it demands domain expertise, consultative selling skills, and a strong understanding of preventive and longevity-focused healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
● Lead Management & Conversion
● Handle 100% inbound leads generated via Meta and Instagram campaigns
● Call, follow up, qualify, and nurture leads in a timely and professional manner
● Maintain structured follow-ups to maximize conversion ratios
● Client Consultation & Education
Educate potential clients on:
● Wellness & preventive healthcare
● Longevity science and age-management solutions
● Nutrition, gut health, functional medicine, and lifestyle medicine
● Conduct telephonic consultations with a consultative and empathetic approach
● Sales & Counseling Conversion
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Should have at least one year experience in a similar role in the UAE.
2. Should be a team player and exhibit exceptional communication skills.
3. Should be pro active and self motivated and well organized.
