Asset Holiday Homes is looking for motivated and ambitious Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with real estate telesales experience who want to build a successful career in the Holiday Homes industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners and prospective clients
- Identify and acquire new units for the Holiday Homes portfolio
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
- Build strong relationships with property owners
- Schedule meetings and support the business development process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly acquisition and performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Tele Sales experience in Real Estate or Holiday Homes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making high-volume outbound calls
- Experience in lead generation, inventory acquisition, or owner outreach is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
