Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Tele sales Executive** to join our Finance Consulting team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and promoting our financial consulting services over the phone.
You will play a key role in building client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s financial consulting services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up consistently.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and escalate complex queries to senior consultants.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Call Center Agent, or similar sales role (finance/consulting industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (Other language will be an added advantage).
