Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling client calls, generating leads, fixing meetings, and collecting event/exhibition requirements from potential clients.
The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, understanding their upcoming event and exhibition requirements, generating opportunities, and coordinating with the sales/design team to convert inquiries into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the events and exhibitions industry.
- Identify upcoming events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate requirements.
- Speak with decision-makers and generate business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the sales/design team.
- Understand client requirements and collect detailed design briefs.
- Gather information regarding exhibition stands, branding, corporate events, and activation requirements.
- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients to ensure meetings and opportunities progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly calling, meeting, and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in client calling, telesales, business development, or customer relations within the events/exhibitions industry.
- Good understanding of exhibitions, event management, stand fabrication, or corporate events.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate with senior-level clients.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of UAE market and business environment is an advantage.
- Standard working hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
