Overview
Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai to identify a driven and articulate Tele Sales Agent ready to make an impact in one of the world's most dynamic property markets.
If you have a proven track record in tele sales, a passion for real estate, and the ability to communicate confidently in English — this is the role for you.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers — qualifying leads, building relationships, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales for the brokerage's portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of tele sales experience — real estate is a strong advantage
Fluent in English — this is a non-negotiable requirement
Bilingual candidates (Arabic + English or any other language + English) are strongly preferred
Confident, persuasive communicator with a consultative sales approach
Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
Based in Dubai or immediately relocatable to the UAE
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, key developers, and off-plan landscape is a plus
