We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive (Female) to generate business opportunities and support our sales team.
Job Summary
The Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, promoting the company's services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customer inquiries, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and individual customers to promote company services.
- Generate leads for:
O Annual It Maintenance Contracts (Amc)
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Experience in IT services, network solutions, or technology sales is preferred.
