Qualifications

• What You Bring on Day One:
• Proven experience troubleshooting basic AV setup issues, specifically with Google Meet or Zoom conference systems.
• Experience assisting presenters and running live support for small and large-scale meetings.
• Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, user-focused mindset.
• What You Can Expect to Learn on the Job:
• Administration and configuration of cloud identity platforms like Google Workspace or Okta.
• Device management and deployment systems using MacOS MDM tools (such as Iru).
• Advanced enterprise network architecture and automated systems operations.
• Automation of user lifecycle, access control and more.

As you build expertise, you will have opportunities to take on broader operational projects, deepen your skills in identity and access management (IAM), and step into enterprise IT systems engineering or TechOps management.
