Technology Trainee

Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple BT functions.

Develop working knowledge of systems, tools, and processes supporting business operations.

Apply learned concepts to real-world projects and assignments.

Assist in providing technical support to end users and internal stakeholders.

Support project and product activities including requirements gathering, development support, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business solutions.

Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying solutions under guidance from experienced team members.

Assist in evaluating system performance, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.

Apply analytical thinking to support decision-making and project execution.

Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Support standardization and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Actively seek opportunities to expand technical and business knowledge.

This role exercises developing independent judgment in:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Internship or academic project experience in technology-related fields preferred

Technology
