Technology Staffing Account Manager
, this is a player-coach role to take the next step in their career in a growing, highly specialized World’s Top recruitment company.
We are looking to add an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to our team, the ideal candidate should have experience in managing large accounts in the staffing industry.
Our operating model is a full desk model to gain experience across account management, relationship management and candidate acquisition in a 360-recruiter role.
Job Type: Permanent/full-time
Exp level: 5+ years
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Fixed Salary + commission
70% farming (managing existing clients)
20% hunting (new business development)
Role Description
As a Staffing Account manager, he/she will be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
He/she will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to help us expand our clientele.
He/she will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Description
He/she will be responsible for developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
He/she will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the target market, conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
He/she will be responsible for bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
He/she will be responsible for farming existing accounts, open doors and new opportunities.
He/she will be responsible for arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
He/she will be responsible for promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
He/she will be responsible for preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
He/she will be responsible for maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
He/she will be responsible for keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
He/she will be responsible for providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
He/she will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
He/she will be responsible for developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Must have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the manpower outsourcing or HR services industry.
In-depth understanding of Contracts and Key contractual clauses.
This is a MUST HAVE.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
