Technology Solutions and Innovation
- Identify opportunities where technology, AI, and automation can improve processes and solve business challenges.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, AI platforms, and automation tools.
- Recommend solutions based on business requirements, usability, cost, and technical feasibility.
- Support initiatives aligned with business objectives and the technology roadmap.
- Stay current on technology trends and bring innovative ideas to improve operations and client experiences.
Development and Implementation
- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilot applications to evaluate solutions.
- Develop and implement end-to-end solutions that integrate business systems, cloud platforms, and client-facing applications.
- Assist with integrations, APIs, dashboards, automation workflows, and AI-enabled applications.
- Use Generative AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, and emerging technologies to improve processes and productivity.
- Configure and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Document solution designs, technical architecture, and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve existing solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales on client solutions, presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
- Work with Creative on AI, digital engagement, and interactive technologies for client experiences.
- Support Project Management with technical feasibility, planning, testing, and implementation.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements for Operations.
- Assist Finance with reporting, analytics, software evaluation, and technology process improvements.
- Coordinate with external technology vendors, partners, and client stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to internal users as new technology tools and solutions are implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud engineering, systems engineering, AI, solution architecture, or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships, co-op experience, or exceptional hands-on technical projects are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud computing, APIs, or modern software development.
- Hands-on application, integration, automation, or technical project experience through work, internships, coursework, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
- Working knowledge of one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- REST APIs and system integrations.
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java.
- SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or other analytics platforms.
- Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern development practices.
