Position Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly motivated Female Business Growth & Development Executive to drive business expansion, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth across our solution portfolio.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be comfortable engaging with decision-makers across the GCC and African markets.
The role requires proactive client engagement, meeting coordination, sales support, account management, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
Business Growth & Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE, GCC, and African markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, events, and direct outreach.
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer engagement and communication.
- Maintain regular interactions with customers to understand business needs and future requirements.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional solutions and services.
Sales Coordination & Meeting Management
- Connect with prospective clients and decision-makers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for the sales team.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify opportunities to establish partnerships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and resellers.
- Assist in developing business alliances that contribute to company growth.
Market Representation
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Promote company solutions and strengthen brand visibility in target markets.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Growth-focused roles.
- Experience in the IT, Technology, ERP, AI, Software, or Digital Transformation industry is preferred.
- Experience working with GCC customers is highly desirable.
Mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic (Written & Spoken)
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
Preferred
- Additional African language skills will be considered an advantage.
Essential Requirements
- Female candidate.

- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Willingness to travel within GCC countries and Africa when required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
