The Technology Risk Services team provides technology risk advice, internal audit, and risk advisory services.
The role sits within the Business Risk Services department.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of allocated assignments and assist with audit planning and budgeting.
- Deliver technology risk audit fieldwork, testing controls and obtaining supporting evidence.
- Support client close-out meetings and explain identified issues.
- Prepare internal audit reports and tailored recommendations with limited Manager and Partner input.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and other business development activities.
Minimum criteria
- A relevant professional IT audit qualification is required, typically CISA, CISM, CISP, or similar.
- Experience in technology risk UK internal auditing is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and IT internal audit report-writing experience are required.
Additional experience
- Experience with technology internal audits, technical security controls, cloud platforms, ERP systems, IT controls, and technology transformation programmes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with audit software, Microsoft packages, Cyber Essentials, NIST, GDPR, and related frameworks is helpful.
