Role overview
Join MNP's Technology – Solution Delivery team as a Technology Program Manager.
Lead data governance work supporting digital transformation and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's data governance strategy, roadmap, priorities, and related programs.
- Improve data quality, ownership, lifecycle management, information protection, and AI readiness.
- Advise leadership and governance committees; establish measures and monitor outcomes, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Align governance practices with stakeholders across service lines, regions, resource groups, IT, and business teams.
- Work with technical teams on Microsoft 365, Purview, classification, retention, reporting, and information management solutions.
- Translate requirements into practical governance solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Lead communications, engagement, change management, and training; maintain governance records, policies, and reporting.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years leading governance, program management, business transformation, or strategic initiatives in a complex organization.
- Strong project and stakeholder management, prioritization, influencing, consensus-building, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, business-focused recommendations.
- Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, processes, or operating models.
- Familiarity with data governance, information management, privacy, compliance, or information protection practices.
- Experience supporting change management, communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, or similar technology knowledge is an asset.
