Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team.
- Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform) environments.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in DevOps PaaS environments.
- Hands-on expertise in OpenShift Administration.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines.
- Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
