Technology Director
to lead our technology vision and drive digital transformation across the organization.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and manage software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT operations teams.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify emerging technologies that create business value.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational needs and deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Establish technology standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Manage technology budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
- Monitor project delivery, technology performance, and operational efficiency through key performance metrics.
- Lead technology risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and recommend new platforms, tools, and architectures to improve business capabilities and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, DevOps, Agile, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of information security, risk management, data privacy, and technology governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
- Experience managing technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and large-scale technology projects.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality technology solutions.
- Professional certifications or advanced technology leadership qualifications are an advantage.
