Responsibilities
- Own incidents and service requests through to resolution, working with first-line support, infrastructure teams and third-party suppliers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile, collaboration, workplace technology and network connectivity issues.
- Deploy, configure and maintain devices with Microsoft Intune and other modern device-management solutions.
- Document procedures, solutions and user guides; participate in projects, upgrades and rollouts.
- Adhere to security, data protection, regulatory and confidentiality requirements.
About you
- Bring advanced expertise across desktop, laptop and mobile technologies.
- Have strong networking knowledge and hands-on Microsoft Intune experience.
- Financial-sector experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer care and professional support for VIP users.
